How to Request Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion by sending an email to:

Please include the following details in your request:

• Registered phone number used in the Truelay app
• Optional reason for deletion

Once the request is received, our team will verify the request and process account deletion.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted

When your account is deleted:

• Your personal profile information will be removed
• Your phone number will be removed from our active systems
• Your delivery addresses will be deleted
• You will no longer be able to access your account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes, including:

• Transaction records
• Order history required for accounting or compliance

These records will be retained only for the period required by applicable laws.
